Our support packages are as follows: All contracts are taken out on a 6 monthly basis unless otherwise agreed. They are closely monitored throughout this time. Prior to the package commencing we carry out an onsite survey to find out about your I.T infrastructure. This is followed by our recommendation on implementing any changes to eliminate any existing problems and put in place measures to minimize issues arising.

This is our basic Package suited to businesses or companies that have just started. With our Bronze package you will have us at the end of the phone or onsite should the problem not be resolved remotely. We will guide you in choosing the best suited equipment for your type of business or if you already have existing I.T. equipment we will help with its maintenance and future necessary repairs. Security being one of the most important parts in this industry we will assist you to choose and install the best Anti Virus package for your business. This package is ideal if you are keen to outsource your I.T. support but want to evaluate the effectiveness of doing this and by monitoring the hours used the Package can be upgraded to a higher level. This mid range package offers great value for money and gives you extra on site and in house time to that of Bronze. This package is intended as a mid range of support level where you can pass all your I.T. issues into our hands in the knowledge that we will address them professionally and to your satisfaction. This package as with the Bronze package can easily be upgraded should the need arise. |

| This new package offers peace of mind in the knowledge that you are supported by a highly qualified and dedicated team available for your requirements in all things IT, be it with a simple phone call or an onsite visit. Our fast response set within this support contract allows for the minimum of downtime and getting you up and running again to continue running your business with minimal disruption. This package is best suited for companies running Microsoft Server Software, Exchange Server, and Terminal Services including Multi Site support. Package includes: Phone and email support (Normal working hours) Continuous backup monitoring to ensure none or minimal data loss and fast subsequent retrieval if necessary. Windows and Anti-virus health check and updates. 4 hours onsite work included ** Collect and return repairs (3 hour of in house repair)* 4 hour response pre noon, next business day after noon £175 PCM * After 3 hour additional work in house is charged at a discounted rate of £20 an hour. ** After 4 hours additional work onsite is charged at a discounted rate of £40.00 an hour. |
