At we have a dedicated team to fix all manner of home user I.T issues in a fast thus cost effective way. Our fully equipped workshop and trained engineers can address any I.T issue large or small.

Just drop your P.C, laptop or any other computer hardware into one of our stores and an engineer will be happy to assist.*

If you are not able to make it to one of our branches this is not a problem as we run a collect and return service. If preferred we can send one of our engineers out to you at a time that suits you; our onsite home user charges stand at £60 + VAT an hour, we have found from experience we can usually fix your problem within the first hour. Should the problem be more protracted we can take the system away to our workroom to continue the work necessary to get you up and running again – this will save money as our workroom rates are substantially lower to those on site.

Whether it’s online or in store we have competitive prices on all types of computer hardware. If it’s a new build you're after you can choose from a vast range of stock and we can then custom build a machine from those chosen parts to perfectly suit your requirements. Our experienced staff will be happy to discuss your needs with you to make sure you get the computer you need for the right price.

*Minimum of £35 deposit is taken at time of booking in which is deducted from the final bill.

All changes be it software or hardware will be agreed by the bill payer before work is carried out. We always recommend that you back up any important documents before having a computer system repaired, if this is not possible and you require documents retrieved or saved please ask at time of booking in and we will endeavor to do this for you. We also offer a data recovery service.
We will advice you at time of booking in how long the work is likely to take and keep you informed of progress throughout the repair.

We offer a 24 Hour turnaround for urgent work; this quick turnaround is offered for an additional cost.

Onsite charge and booking in fee does not include cost of parts.
