The Number is charged at U.K National Rate. Electrowise Support is based in the United Kingdom, without any call centres. All calls will be dealt with direct by a trained engineer. You will not be put on hold incurring extra charges. If the phone is engaged you will need to ring again as it means that all our engineers are tied up with other customer enquiries.
